Rafael Negrete

Jorge García Negrete, aka Rafael Jorge Negrete, Mexican actor and tenor, studied in Mexico's National Conservatory with professor Enrique Jaso and later in Europe in Mozarteum and with the singing teacher Jean Pierre Blivet in France. He performs also Mexican mariachi music with an excellent voice and style. His mother Diana Negrete is the only child of Jorge Negrete. Leading performer in Charlotte's Latinamerican Festival October 2004. He's sung in Centro Nacional de las Artes (National Arts Center) in Mexico City, in a remarkable concert. Invited by the Mexican Consulate in Santa Ana California in September 2004 to sing in Mexican Community Celebrations and L.A. Television Broadcast Univision.
