Rafael Núñez (also known as RaFa) is hacker/cracker and model from Venezuela, member of the World of Hell.
He was arrested by FBI on April 5, 2005 on his arrival at the Miami airport for breaking into [the US Air Force] computer system on June 2001 [1] [2] [3] [4]. He defaced the system (exploiting a weakness of the Microsoft IIS 5.0 webserver) with a web page containing the text "Kiss my rear one because yours is mine!" with a link to another page featuring the World of Hell.
