José Rafael García Torres (born August 14, 1974) also know as Chiquis is a Mexican football player, who currently plays as a midfielder for Veracruz in the Primera División de México. He was a participant in the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea/Japon and the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. Unfortunately, He did not see any participation in the 2006 World cup.
