Rafaï is a town on the Mbomou River, located in the Central African Republic prefecture of Mbomou at 4°59′N, 23°55′E. Its estimated population is about 14,000 people.

Rafaï has a small civil airport (IATA code: RFA) with an unpaved 4,200 feet runway.
