The Rady School offers a Full-Time MBA program, a FlexMBA program for working professionals, undergraduate and executive education courses.

Robert S. Sullivan, Ph.D., was appointed founding dean on January 1, 2003. Prior to his arrival at UCSD, he served as dean of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and as dean of the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University.
