Radio Clyde

Radio Clyde is a radio station broadcaster in Glasgow, Scotland. The first broadcast on Radio Clyde began at 10.30 p.m. on December 31st, 1973. The first studios were located at Anderston Cross in Glasgow city centre.
Now based in Clydebank, the company broadcasts two radio stations in the Glasgow area, Clyde 1 and Clyde 2 and prevously broadcast the digital radio station 3C (radio) on the DAB network until its closure.
The stations were formerly owned by the Scottish Radio Holdings, but was sold to EMAP when Scottish Media Group sold its remaining shares in 2005.
Past presenters have included Jeff Cooper, Paul Coia, Richard Park, and Dougie Donnelly. BBC Breakfast anchor Bill Turnbull also began his career in journalism at the station.
