RadiSys Corporation is a company which supplies embedded systems and the OS-9 operating system, based in Hillsboro, Oregon, U.S.A. Radisys was founded in 1987 by former members of Intel Corporation's i960 design-team members, including founding CEO Glenford Myers, Dave Budde, and Jim Valerio. Its first products were single-board PC compatible x86 computers for the VMEbus. Myers stepped down from the CEO position in 2002 to found IP Fabrics.
RadiSys Corporation previously provided Perfect Fit Systems (PFS) products to customers. In recent years, RadiSys has moved to standards based products, such as ATCA and COM-Express.
