I claim that it is fair use in the context of recumbent bicycle as follows:

No free equivalent of similar quality exists;
The photograph is only being used for informational purposes;
Its inclusion in this article adds significantly to the article because it shows a subject of the article;
It is encyclopedic and otherwise meets general Wikipedia content requirements;
Its use here does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the image in any way;
The copyright owner is believed to be Radius bicycle, which company is now defunct;
The picture is believed to be promotional material, and use in this context is compatible with the normal releases applied to promotional photographs in that it illustrates an article discussing the product pictured.
