Racing Club de Montevideo are a football club from Montevideo in Uruguay. They currently play in the Uruguayan 2nd Division.
Racing Club is known as "La Escuelita" (The Little School) due to the excellent players that resulted from the team, it was like a player machine. Racing is one of Uruguay's traditional teams, in terms of victories and fans; However, nowadays Racing is facing problems of all types, most of its fans are senior people.

Mazurkewicz, also known as Mazurka started played as a defender for Racing, in his early years, then he would become the world's best goalkeeper. On a match that were playing Peñarol vs. Racing at the Centenario Stadium, Racing's goalkeeper was expulsed and they didn't have any more variants, so Ladislao entered as a goalkeeper, he didn't even imagined how his life would change, his magnificient goalkeeping abilities attached him to the goal forever. He retired as a hero form Peñarol and Uruguay's National team. He is now Peñarol's goalkeeper trainer. He was also elected as the best goalkeeper of the World Cup of México 1970.
