Rachna Engineering University is located in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.

The University was inaugurated by Governor of Punjab on 15th January, 2003. The College is affiliated to the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. The program is accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Situated at the hub of the Engineering industries of the country, Rachna University derives its name from the lands stretching between the rivers, the Ravi and the Chenab.

The status of Rachna College has been promoted from affiliated college of UET Lahore to Constituent College of UET Lahore. It is a growing institute with a faculty enhanced by senior teachers from UET as visiting Faculty. Laboratories are developing at a rapid rate but during the process the students avail the facilities of Laboratories at UET Lahore.
