Rachel McTavish is a journalist and news presenter on ITV London's regional news programme, London Tonight, and regularly anchors the national ITV Morning News. She was a regular presenter on the ITV News Channel until it closed in 2005, and most notably was on air when the twin towers were attacked on 9/11/01. Rachel can also be heard on LBC 97.3's Nick Ferrari Show on Friday mornings.

Rachel started her career at Channel One Liverpool before working as a newsreader for Central News, GMTV and Five News. She then covered the Midlands for ITV national bulletins as a Video Journalist before taking on the role of presenter for many ITV News programmes.
