Rachel Chagall

Rachel Chagall is an actress who was born Rachel Levin on November 24, 1952. She chose to be billed as Rachel Chagall because there was already another Rachel Levin in the industry.

Chagall is Jewish.

Chagall is undoubtedly best known for her role as the dimwitted sidekick, Val Toriello, on the hit series The Nanny, which starred Fran Drescher, during the 90s.

Chagall also has guest starred in the shows Just Shoot Me! and Strong Medicine. Under her birth name, Chagall appeared in Gaby: A True Story (1987) in the title role as Gabriela Brimmer and White Palace (1990) in the role of Rachel. Chagall also appeared as an abortion activist in The Last Supper (1995).
