Rabakavi is small town in Bagalkot district ( Previously Bijapur district ).The town lies in northern part of Karnataka state in India ( Bharath ).It is the twin town of Banahatti. The two town have same muncipal council known as Rabakavi - Banahatti muncipal council.The economy of town is centred around agriculture produces like sugarcane , jowar and maize.

    Much of the people are depend upon the saree production.
