Robert Fergus McGhee (born 15 October 1990 in Woodlands, Falkirk, Scotland) is a young British author whose first children's adventure novel, Beyond the Mist, he began at the age of twelve. He is currently a pupil at Dollar Academy.
His writing style has been described as 'fast-paced but thoughtful' and is often reminiscent of Dickens, his favourite novelist.
Beyond the Mist will be published by Aeskanbok in Iceland in 2007.
Beyond the Mist was the No. 1 Young Adult Adventure and Thrillers on Amazon UK, No. 2 Children's Thriller in France, No. 12 Children's Thriller in the USA, as well as being ranked in the Top 35 Children's Adventure titles in the UK and in the Top 100 Children's Literature in France.
