[edit] Plot/Sypnosis
While Numbuhs 2 and 5 are heading off to lunch, they stop by the 1st grade class room. Inside they see all of the students' clothes tattered and their classroom a barren waste land! The grade president has awaited their return for the Kids Next Door (as it was predicted in Art class). Their pet rabbit has gone missing and without it their crayons turned to dust, their milk sour and everything gone with it. This leads Numbuhs 5 and 2 to go after it (although Numbuh 2 is complaining on not getting lunch).
A girl, named Jessica, runs up to Heinrich Von Marzipan and tells him that the chocolate volcano is nearby. Meanwhile, Numbuhs 2 and 5 come to the Jungle Gym. Numbuh 2 complains about missing lunch, but tells Numbuh 5 he's joking. He asks Abby how far the Jungle Gym goes, and she replies that nobody knows, which echoes throughout the playground as the two operatives start to climb.
After a long trek, the two reach the chocolate volcano, where they witness Heinrich lowering Jessica's stuffed rabbit down into the choco-lava, Temple of Doom-style. Just as Heinie is about to lower the first-graders' pet rabbit, Numbuh 2 leaps onto the cage to stop it. Heinie orders his adult minions to fire on Numbuh 2, causing the cage to sway back and forth. Numbuh 5 leaps in to turn the crank so the cage doesn't fall in the choco-lava, but Heinrich steals his minion's lollipop gun ("Hey, that's mine!") and fires on his archenemy. Jessica offers her help, which Numbuh 5 accepts after she sees the crank (which had been stopped by a lollipop stuck in it) start to move again.
After a long fight, Abby falls onto the cage with Hoagie, and Heinrich bids them goodbye in his native German. The lever to the crank breaks, causing the cage to start falling at a tremendous rate. In a fit of anger, Jessica pushes Heinie towards the edge, where he falls in, and Numbuhs 2 and 5 climb back onto solid ground with both Jessica's stuffed bunny and the first-graders' real bunny. Back at the first grade classroom, the return of the bunny brings back everything the first-graders lost and they are thanked, but Numbuh 5 chases Numbuh 2 for one of his lame jokes.
After the end credits, we see a chocolate hand grab onto the edge and we hear Heinrich's evil laughter, foreshadowing his next appearance (in C.H.O.C.O.L.A.T.E.).

[edit] Plot/Sypnosis
Mr. Boss, Knightbrace, the cat lady, and Mr. Wink and Fibb have stolen plans to the KND treehouse! They plan to take the base by destroying all the two by four technology in their way. In the middle of a diabolical laugh, they hear someone outside. They all hide but are found when Mr. Boss checks to see if the guy is gone. It turns out to be the Toiletnator, who once again managed to not be fooled by the invitation to Antarctica. He wants to help with the plan, but the other villains insist he messes everything up and that he is too guillable. (Mr. Boss brings up an incident where the Toiletnator let Numbuh One get by when his only disguise was a T-shirt with the message "This is not Numbuh One" on it.) They end up really hurting his feelings, so Mr. Boss sends him for coffee. The Toiletnator goes "YAAAAAAAY!" then all serious, saying, "I will not fail you!" Then he finally leaves, and the villains commence their plan.
The Toiletnator arrives in a coffee shop full of other KND villains. When he orders the coffee, the cashier makes fun of him for running errands for "real villains." The Toiletnator gets mad and states, quote, "I will not only deliver the coffee, but I will also... um... DESTROY THE KIDS NEXT DOOR!" The other villains shrug, and the cashier charges for the coffee. (Which is a REALLY unreasonable number.)
Meanwhile, the "real villains" easily take the treehouse, disabling the defenses, the Bunny Robot, and scaring off the ninja hamsters. Mr. Boss claims the treehouse for adults, and everyone laughs. (The KND are not there at the time.) Meanwhile, the Toiletnator has been arming himself with toilet articles. (Surprise.) He then sets off for the KND treehouse via the toilet. He gets stuck once, then sets off.
The other villains celebrate their victory by acting like the KND, such as playing with Rainbow Monkeys and such. Suddenly, a scary voice rings out. It turns out to be the Toiletnator, who still hasn't thought of his favorite threatening name. The other villains don't feel threatened... until the Toiletnator mistakes them for the KND (Talk about stupid!) and beats up every one of them! He revels in his victory, when he realizes the KND should be in school. Suddenly, Mr. Boss's flag is knocked away, and the real KND come in, saying they just got out of class, and "Toilet Face" is in time for an after school butt kicking. Suddenly, the Toiletnator realizes the horrible truth; he forgot the coffee! He is crying about this as the KND beat him up.
During the end credits, the Toiletnator was beaten up in the treehouse and kicked out.
