R. Michael Warren is a Canadian civil servant and consultant. He was the first Chief General Manager of the Toronto Transit Commission, from 1975 to 1981. He left the TTC to become the first President and CEO of Canada Post Corporation. He has also held senior positions in the Province of Ontario civil service.
