Bishop Richard Luke Concanen (December 27, 1747 - June 19, 1810) was the first bishop of the Roman Catholic diocese of New York.

Born in Ireland, he was ordained priest on December 22, 1770, and ordained bishop on April 24, 1808. He served as bishop of the diocese of New York from that date until his death.
