Răşinari (German: Städterdorf, Hungarian: Resinár) is a village and commune in Sibiu County, Transylvania, Romania. It has a population of 5,645 inhabitants (census 2002).

Răşinari is connected to Sibiu by a roughly 8-km tram line through the Dumbrava Forest. The trams that are used these days on the line were formerly used in Geneva and retain their French-language signs[1].

The village of Prislop is located in the administrative area of the Răşinari commune.
