Ríkharður Jónsson

Ríkharður Jónsson is a former Icelandic footballer. He was born on November 12, 1929.

He made his debut for the Icelandic national team in 1947, and got 33 caps and 17 goals until 1965.[1] This made him top goalscorer of the national team. In 2006 the record was equalled by Eiður Guðjohnsen. Ríkharður is from the town of Akranes. In Iceland, he is often seen as the greatest footballer to ever come from their country
