Quoteline Direct is an independent insurance broker based in Manchester, England. Quoteline Direct began life on the high street as part of the Wilsons Insurance Group in 1969. In June 1993 Quoteline Direct moved online and began to focus on selling insurance on the web. Six years later the high street operation closed down and the company opend a call centre. Quoteline Direct has a sister company Lady Insure specialising in arranging women's car insurance.
