Quilvio Alberto Veras Perez (born April 3, 1971, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) was a Major League Baseball second baseman.

Signed by the New York Mets as an amateur free agent in 1989, Veras would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Florida Marlins on April 25, 1995, and appear in his final game on July 13, 2001.
