Quil Ceda Village

Quil Ceda Village is a municipality within the Tulalip Indian Reservation which includes the Quil Ceda Village Business Park, a commercial development constructed and operated by the Tulalip Tribe. The complex contains the tribe's casino, several retailers, and an outlet mall.
The village is chartered by the tribe as a consolidated borough with council-manager government. The village manager is John McCoy (Tulalip), who also serves as the Washington state representative from Tulalip.
