"Quiet" is the second track from the Smashing Pumpkins' critically acclaimed second album Siamese Dream. It was written by Billy Corgan and is also featured on the Smashing Pumpkins live album/video 'Earphoria'/'Vieuphoria'. Corgan intended "Quiet" to be a swipe at his parents, after he was sick of being criticized[1].
