Quickmix is a German hip-hop producer and composer. He got his name from a Grandmaster Flash record, where there is a vocal part: "He is the King of the Quickmix". His first DJ name was General Cut in the early 1980s.

In early 2006, Quickmix went into the studio with New York's MC "Jah Jah", "Major Game" and Germany's band "Hecklah & Coch" to record new songs. Now he is working with Germany's upcoming hip-hop MC "BK".
