Clearly this article needs serious modification to be appropriate. There is no real presentation of the significance of this organization - doesn't say or even hint at how many members it has. Not even a token attempt at NPOV. Candidate for deletion?--Qball6 03:20, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

I have removed tags because the issue has been dead for months and mostly because much of the POV material has now been removed. I hope to finish clean up, rewrite of article, and reformating of refs in coming weeks. --DieWeibeRose 17:21, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
