Querix

Querix are a company based in Southampton, UK that have Informix-4GL-based compilers for most major platforms (Hydra), including Windows, Linux and various flavors of Unix.

Hydra works with multiple databases, notably Informix, Oracle, SQL Server, IBM DB2 and has an ODBC interface, boasting dynamic translation from Informix-style SQL.

They also offer GUI front-ends to 4GL programs available as a native windows app (Phoenix), or cross-platform Java (Chimera), as well as the character interface, all with SSL encrypted communication.
