Quelle Est Cette Odeur Agréable? (in English, Whence Is That Goodly Fragrance?[1]) is a traditional, if uncommon, 17th century[2] French Christmas carol about the Christian Nativity. The carol is normally set to music written by John Gay for The Beggar's Opera in 1728[1].
