Queensland Independent Schools Australian Football League
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Independent Schools Australian Rules Football Competition was initiated in 1991 and is now a well established quality competition catering for over 120 teams and 3,000 participants.
Games are played predominately on Tuesday and Friday afternoons / evenings from mid August to mid October, so as not to clash with the more traditional sports offered at such schools.
Divisional competitions (including Gold Coast, Sunshine Coasts and Darling Downs) cater for all year levels and ensure quality and even competition, allowing all schools to be competitive, regardless of their size.
