Her Majesty Sylvia Nagginda is the current Nnabagereka or Queen of Buganda, a tribal kingdom in modern day Uganda. She belongs to the Omusu clan.

She has currently one daughter Princess "Ssangalyambogo" which means "buffalo's horn".
