The Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Medal was a commemorative medal made to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.

The medal is a silver disk 1.25 inches in diameter. The obverse features a crowned effigy of the Queen. The reverse has the Royal Cypher under a large crown with circular text reading: QUEEN ELIZABETH II CROWNED 2nd JUNE 1953.

The medals were issued unnamed except for those issued to the British Mount Everest Expedition. These were engraved "MOUNT EVEREST EXPEDITION" on the rim.

The medals were presented following the coronation on June 2, 1953. Of the 138,214 total medals issued, 12,500 went to Canadians.
