The Queens Bridge is a bridge in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is one of four bridges in the city. It was built and opened in the year 1849 by Queen Victoria and it replaced the Long Bridge. Many versions of the Long Bridge were destroyed during the eighteenth century and nineteenth century, and a more permanent structure was necessary.
