Quargnento (Quargnent in Piedmontese) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 km east of Turin and about 11 km northwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,346 and an area of 36.2 km2.[1]
Quargnento borders the following municipalities: Alessandria, Castelletto Monferrato, Cuccaro Monferrato, Felizzano, Fubine, Lu, San Salvatore Monferrato, and Solero.
