Photo of Qichun downtown area, in about the year 2000, taken from a postcard, bought in Qichun by myself (Frank Feather) in 2003. The postcard does not bear any copyright information, nor the name of a printer. The back of the card is totally blank. (Note: The quality of the image is poor, and will be replaced with a better image in due course.).
