Qiao Xuan (乔玄) is a character in the epic Chinese novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. A powerful duke from the Southlands, he was father of two daughters who were famed for their beauty, later known as the Two Qiaos. Cao Cao, a friend of Qiao Xuan's, heard of Qiao's two daughters and had planned to take their hands in marriage, but the elder daughter was wed instead to Sun Ce and the younger to Zhou Yu. Cao Cao's lust for them was said to be one of the factors influencing his decision to begin his first southern campaign, which culminated in the spectacular burning of the Wei navy by Zhou Yu's forces at the Battle of Red Cliffs.
