[edit] Image tagging for Image:Esp-EX50-BLK.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Esp-EX50-BLK.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Guitar articles

Hi there! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions so far. I am a member of WikiProject Guitarists, where we work to create and edit articles on guitarists and guitar equipment. Since you have created a number of articles about guitar models, I invite you to check out out project and join if you like. We would like to start a discussion in the Guitar equipment task force about what equipment is notable enough to have its own article; I would appreciate your thoughts in this matter. --Aguerriero (talk) 17:29, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Can these be merged?

I noticed you created a ton of tiny, nearly-identical stubs for various ESP guitar models- I don't think this is desirable. I've removed most of the list of them from the article and commented at Talk:ESP_Guitars on this issue. Friday (talk) 18:02, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Dave Mustaine ESP ad.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Dave Mustaine ESP ad.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:01, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Notice to Guitarist Project members

A user, unfamiliar with the project, has nominated our template-Template:Guitarist infobox-for deletion. I have added a vote to keep it...more would help. Anger22 12:00, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:AX-350.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:AX-350.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Quadell (talk) (random) 16:08, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Alexi Laiho ESP.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Alexi Laiho ESP.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject or by taking a picture of it yourself.

Thank you. --Rossrs 07:54, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rosewood

Hello. I'm afraid that the page about Rosewood has been moved to Rosewood (timber) and now all of your ESP pages link to the disambiguation page at Rosewood. If you get a moment, could you please update these links to point to the new location? (you can find them in the list at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Whatlinkshere/Rosewood&limit=500&from=0 Thanks! Ewlyahoocom 06:07, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Nevermind, I'm going to move the page back to its original location. Ewlyahoocom 06:12, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Rock music Wikiproject invitation

Hello WikiProject Metal member.
WikiProject Metal music is important in expanding encyclopedic coverage of the metal. It brings attention to the lesser-known bands, and significantly improves the quality of the famous ones. Five Featured articles and two formers is proof of that.
This is the stuff I wish to achieve with the somewhat recently resurrected WikiProject Rock music. I hope to also attract attention to rock music articles of all sorts, and hopefully change some to GA or FA status. I invite you to come join us, and embrace the links between metal and rock music in general.
Rock on.
