Q star
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Q-Stars, also known as a gray holes, are compact, heavier neutron stars with an exotic state of matter. Q-Stars should not be mistaken for Quark stars, as the Q does not stand for quark, but stands for a conserved particle number. Q-Stars may be mistaken for stellar-mass black holes. One such candidate is the compact object in V404 Cyg.
