Most of this article’s text came from a book review by Simon Sandall and from a HarperCollins summary. I’ve cut out the copyvio text and tried to provide a summary to avoid blanking the whole article, but I haven’t read the book, so I can’t say why it’s notable. --Rob Kennedy 03:50, 13 August 2006 (UTC)
