Operation: Q.U.I.E.T./Operation: R.A.I.N.B.O.W.S. (Quietude Unlikely In Entire Treehouse/Running Amok In Nature's Bounty Observing Wild Simians) are episodes 112/12 of Codename: Kids Next Door. They premiered February 28, 2003.

At one night, one of the adults came to infiltrate the KND Treehouse. Suddenly, Numbuh 1, who is tired activated the security weapons. Numbuh 5 has became worried that Numbuh 1 doesn't sleep on 7 days straight. 5 asks Numbuh 1 to get some sleep, but 1 refuses, saying that he is fine. Numbuh 5 insists, and 1 decided to get some sleep.

Numbuhs 2-5 were okay that 1 is now asleep. Suddenly, Lizzie Devine came to the treehouse. She asks the team to give her 1. 5 suggests that Lizzie should date Numbuh 4. Just then, 4 dresses up as Numbuh 1 to distract her. Then, the two went up to the Point (from Op. P.O.I.N.T.), where the place is kids' night. (4 is less than enthusiastic about it.)

Numbuh 5 hears the doorbell, and opens the door to find Laura from Operation: C.A.K.E.D. She is now a girl scout of selling cookies. Laura questions Numbuh 5 to have her cookies, but she refuses. Upon hearing this, Laura becomes the Big Badolescent to force Numbuh 5 to get the cookies. Numbuh 5 gets bored with all the cookies she gets from Laura. Suddenly, Stickybeard came to break in the glass window, but 3 opens it to keep 1 asleep. Stickybeard sees the cookies, and decided to eat them. He eats it loudly that 5 asks him to be quiet. Suddenly, the Common Cold came, and makes a sneeze. Numbuh 2 was able to cover is nose to prevent him to do a loud sneeze. Just then, Prof. XXXL came to the treehouse with the perfect snowcone he finally invented. Suddenly, the villains make noises, and 1 went out to the bathroom in sleepwalking. After 1 uses the toilet, Toilenator makes the attack, but 5 uses the snowcone to slip Toilenator. Toilenator lands softly in a pillow.

5 says that was close, and 1 wakes up to tell her to be quiet. 5 screams in frustration. At the next morning, Numbuh 1 went to the KND Moonbase to make an announcement. 1 tells the KND that he does something to make his team sleep. In the treehouse, all the KND and the villains are asleep, except Numbuh 5, who says "Ah, shut up!" in resonse to Numbuh One.

It begins with the opening of the Rainbow Monkey store. Among the contestants is Numbuh 3, who has the scent for Rainbow Monkeys. In the store, the opener of the store is Mr. Mogul. He has an assistant named Simon. They make an announcement to the crowd, and they sees Numbuh 3. The two have discovered that 3 has the scent for Rainbow Monkeys. The two questions 3 to direct them to the Rainbow Monkey Island.

The three went to the Rainbow Monkey Plane. The two decided to use 3's scent to look for the Rainbow Monkey Island. She directs the two to the island. Mogul drops 3 off the island to look for the real Rainbow Monkeys.

Numbuh 3 looks for the Rainbow Monkeys. She spots the Rainbow Monkeys on a cave. Just then, Mogul came down, and drops the net to capture 3 and the Rainbow Monkeys. Mogul tells three that he is just using 3 all along, so that he and Simon can sell the real Rainbow Monkeys. When 3 is crying, Mogul gives her a Rainbow Monkey to cheer up.

Mogul puts 3 and the real Rainbow Monkeys to cages until the plane lands to the Rainbow Monkey store. 3 sadly thinks up a way to get out. She discovers that the Rainbow Monkey she is with has blades at the attenna. 3 uses the monkey to release the Rainbow Monkeys. Meanwhile, Mogul and Simon tells the pilot of the plane how he tricked 3 into searching the real Rainbow Monkeys for him. Suddenly, Numbuh 3 came, and the Rainbow Monkeys beat up Mogul, Simon, and the pilot. 3 takes over the controls, and Mogul, Simon, and the pilot were captured by a net. At the treehouse, 3 introduces to the team that she has captured the big Rainbow Monkey.
