Q-Unit : Greatest Hits is a mashup album in the same vein as Danger Mouse's The Grey Album. The Silence Xperiment mashed select cuts from Queen's Greatest Hits album with tracks from 50 Cent's Get Rich or Die Tryin' and The Massacre.

Q-Unit was also referenced in Time Magazines Person Of The Year 2006 article, "Who are these people? Seriously, who actually sits down after a long day at work and says, I'm not going to watch Lost tonight. I'm going to turn on my computer and... mash up 50 Cent's vocals with Queen's instrumentals?... Who has that time and that energy and that passion?"

The album was also featured in the March 2006 issue of Blender.
