Pyecombe

Pyecombe is a village and civil parish in the Mid Sussex District of West Sussex, England. It is located seven miles (11km) to the north of Brighton. The civil parish covers an area of 886.81 ha and has a population of 200 persons (2001 census).
The parish church (Church of the Transfiguration) was largely built in 1170. THe village inn is The Plough; and there is an important golf club near the village.
There is a riding school The Three Greys and a stud Brendon Stud.
