In response to the verification request:

There is definitely a game which is called "Puzzle Club" which is supported by MAME and runs on Namco System 1 hardware. The game itself has a Namco copyright but does NOT have a proper title screen and nowhere is an actual title listed so the source of the name is unknown. The game is listed as an unreleased prototype and the fact that it has an unfinished title screen without a name supports this.
