"Document: Grace Budd" is a spoken excerpt of a letter written by the serial killer and cannibal Albert Fish, detailing his murder of a young girl named Grace Budd in 1934.
It is believed that this whole album may be a concept album about Albert Fish considering the lyrical content when examined closely.
The last four tracks are pure silence, until twelve minutes into the twelfth track, at which point there is a short instrumental kazoo piece.
