[edit] Plot details
Milo (Zlatko Buric), the Yugoslav drug lord from the two first films, is having a really bad day. It's his daughter's birthday, so he has to cook for 50 people, while still having time to get to his Narcotics Anonymous meetings. Besides that, the heroin that he was supposed to have received turns out to be ecstacy.
With all of his goons sick from food poisoning, he gives his dealer Little Mohammed (Ilyas Agac) the ecstacy. The delusional Mohammed, however, calling himself 'the King of Copenhagen', disappears with the ecstacy, and Milo now owes his Albanian dealer Luan (Kujtim Loki), a very dangerous man, a lot of money.
Milo now has to entertain his guests, try to stay out of his heroin addiction, raise money and find Mohammed. With everything going against him, he seeks help from his ex-henchman Radovan (Slavko Labovic).
