Purgatório

Purgatório is a garage band from Ansião, Portugal. It was founded in 1995, its original line-up was:
José António Silva, "Zé Gato" (drums) Leonel Morgado, "Nelo" (guitar) Luís Salgueiro, "Sal" (vocals) Pedro Silva, "Mona" (bass) Rodolfo Ferreira, "Necas" (guitar)
Their first official live performance was held at the Tornado bar, in Ramal do Alvorge. Their career lasted until 2000.
The band self-published a demo CD, called "V.E.R. - Vidas Em Risco" (literally, "Lives at Risk", the acronym meaning "to see"), with three songs:
In 2000, two other songs were included in the CD "1ª Mostra de Música Moderna do Concelho de Ansião", edited by the Ansião municipality (Portugal):
