Puneet Rajkumar is son of legendary kannada cine star Dr. Rajkumar. He was considered a child prodigy in acting. He has acted in 12 films as a child artist.He has also won the National Award for the film "Bettada Hoovu". He once again entered the Kannada film industry as a hero or lead actor. His first two films "Appu" and "Abhi" were SuperHits. Married to Ashwini Revanath, they have a baby girl named Dale.
No exaggeration but there is dedication and genuineness in Puneeth that is hard to ignore. Appu, Abhi, Veera Kannadiga and now Mourya… . His latest 'Mourya' a Rockline production marked 100-days on January 28 though the movie was criticized for poor direction and overdose of sentiments. Similarly, 'Veera Kannadiga' ran for 100 days but is not a film that Puneeth would talk about proudly. Apparently, there are chances of director, writer Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar directing a film for Appu. Remember, its not frozen yet and still in the primitive stage of discussions.
