[edit] Well no wonder...
Huh? If the theory was "that detainees could be reformed through their own labour" but some of the inmates sent there "were members of secret societies who were detained without trial and had no hope of leaving the island" then they poisoned the experiment by sending the wrong kind of inmates! Stupid bureaucracies... Shenme 22:05, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
