Puerto Santander is a town and smallest municipality in the Norte de Santander Department in northeastern Colombia. A section of its territory is part of the Metropolitan Area of Cúcuta and it is localed north of Cucuta, completely surrounded by the municipality of Cucuta and the border with Venezuela.
