You rated this article as "GA-class". However, it is not listed as a GA and apparently hasn't gone through that process. Please have a look at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Germany/Assessment#Quality_scale. (And forget the importance scale, I'm going to completely rewrite that as soon as I get around to it). - Unfortunately yes :-( Most of the Germany articles have been mass-rated as stubs if they have stub templates. We should try to get some comments on our Top-importance Germany articles as soon as possible, but it is a lot of work. Sorry for not answering so long, and for spamming you with the following...
