Psychodriver

In the Super Robot Wars game series, a psychodriver is a human that possess psychic abilities, ranging from predicting the future to utilizing telekinesis. Psychodrivers can be compared to newtypes from the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.

Like newtypes, psychodrivers can sense disturbances and disruptions through their awareness, whether it be friendly or hostile. It is unclear what the extent of their psychic powers are, but it is known that stronger, more potent psychodrivers can sense fellow users from a long distance and use their abilities to deadly extremes.
