Large-eyed Bamboo Snake Pseudoxenodon macrops is a species of snake. Distribution:
- India (Darjeeling, Assam; Arunachal Pradesh (Deban - Changlang district) ), Nepal,
- Myanmar (= Burma), Thailand, West Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos [see also HR 30
- 174]
- SW China (Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan, Guizhou ?, Gansu)
Race fukiensis: China (Fujian) Type locality: "near Darjiling" Darjeeling, E India Fairly variable species with brownish and almost blackish shades with short cross stripes.
